So that means the lender is getting about 500mil shares. Rounded up QASP OS to 750mil to make it easier. New OS 1.25bil 750mil class A 500mil class B 500mil is 40% of 1.25bil Sound right...... leaves QASP the possibility to dilute 250mil more shares....but I would guess if they did then more shares would be added to class B to maintain 40%. ????????????
