I thought that the next filing was the K, but my off-the-top-of-my-head-memory wasn't 100% sure (and I was too lazy to check).

I sure hope they PR if they book revenue in January (and I'm guessing they will). That way, when the year-end "K" shows no revenue, at least the news of revenue will already have been released. (And the revenue could be mentioned in the filing itself)
