That is not possible if you consider the legal fees being incurred by the company.

If there is any finding of guilt by the SEC (settlement, charges, conviction, etc), the class-action shareholder lawsuits are slam-dunks which will bankrupt the company instantly. The Wells Notice guarantees this outcome.
