The MS report says we should believe what management says about the company’s prospects because they just might be right. On the other hand, CAT’s incoming CEO evidently doesn’t strongly believe these forecasts himself. Since I put more stock in what management does than in what management says, I took the large insider sales as a signal to get out.

Thanks to MS, I was able to sell CAT today into a rally, and I’m now out of the stock. Good luck. Regards, Dew
