FDA approves Crestor (as expected) for patients with normal cholesterol levels and high CRP (see the prologue of #msg-44569078 for background info):

This approval, based on the JUPITER study, could conceivably make Crestor the world’s largest-selling drug when Lipitor and Plavix go off-patent in the next couple of years.
