People all react the same. I have been through other stocks with similar situations. My past experience is when SEC, and or other tactics,law suits, etc are targeted on a stock then this fullfills a shorters dream- for a given time frame. The good companies will survive as was inevitable from the start.
A normal BAD company from the start will simple go down on its own without any puplic battle.
Take a look at the 20% drop in toyota stock, it needed some real bad public news, which is more than likely just another tactic of the short time frame kind.
SPNG is more perplexing with each passing day!
