As mentioned before Identa's CEO has always been firm and consistent about this which hasn't ever changed, NO R/S period. If and when he does PR that stance (obviously embedded with other news) it sends a clear signal to the market they can relax on that account. Sure would send the right message IMO, I'm all for it.
