Just received a $7000 dividend credit on my NFI holdings. Tha's $20,500 in dividends alone. Bought back in on Oct. to not miss the ex dividend date. Now don't know what to do. I'm up $75,000 on paper just since April based on a $165,000 investement. Already have to pay tax on one in and out.

Some shareholders host this website that slants bullish for sure, and these reits are so complex that I'm totally in the dark as to forward looking.
