I certainly agree. I also feel tha FDA, and government in general, has no sense of urgency not driven by political motives. Aside. It seems any more that a true long means 3-6 months. Volitility in pennies is because everything is driven by feeding frenzy. Lack of transparency is viewed as a scam company, PR transparency is viewed as a pump. The proper amount of disclosure is difficult to predict.
