we all know and if you dont here it is. A caveat emptor given by pink sheets.com comes from the company not paying the fee required to pinksheets. Its B.S. that anyone just has to pay a company to be in "good" standing when you can in fact see some companies info in other ways. But that is all it takes, pay the fee. They dont actually see the companies financial or any other information on them.
