Basically, Washington Mutual Bank was illegally seized by the FDIC and given to JP Morgan for a ridiculously low price. We are suing for a more equitable price. Damages could be awarded. Criminal activity could be proven. Good chance at a settlement out of court. All or nothing bet with fantastic odds. No its not too late.
