Yes we are waiting on numerous court dates that will more than likely go our way from the way the Judge is making statements. Its not too late to get it. We dont need more flippers though however the stock is being held by MM'S, more than likely the shorts will start to cover. I am not in it for the flip waiting for the big payout which could be anywhere from 2.00 a share to 36.00 a share. Next court date is March 3rd or 4th. Many things are going in our favor. We also have an EC or equity commitee that will see to it that we get something. Hope this helps
