That was always part of the deal with Purdue...IMO its a positive sign for P3 results...Purdue has invested $20 mil and by this move they will own aprox. 30% of NVLT. I think its a good move because it ties up shareholders for a buyout if they want to go private and helps to wield voting rights if Pfizer comes knocking. Se everyone at @ $20.
Also, these shares/warrants are being held by Purdue...a pharm co. Not a financier. FWIW
