Well, read around a bit. Apparently an investor sold upward of 275 million shares. They were restricted shares that became available. SKGO didn't forsee this and at the time I don't think anyone realized what was going on. They tried to recover with positive PR but the pull of the downtrend was too strong. I think SKGO will recover but estimates for .01+ need to be adjusted by about a month to build back investor confidence.
