Pretty chicken s--t that Kurlander did this with no announcement or idea of what was going on. Pretty slimmy to say the least. If he has a plan he could have at least PRed this and the share price could have stablized. the more I think about it he is not shareholder friendly. THIS ONE IS COOKED AND I PURCHASED ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE THE MARKET FOUND OUT ABOUT THE 250 REVERSE SPLIT. JUST MY LUCK.


kurlander unless he annouces something positiver monday the share price is just going to tank but i dont think he cares. he has 249.5 millions shares to dilute wiht a price over .50 cents. What a creep. JMHO


I M sure he knows whats happening to the share price today as well and My guess it was his runup. NICELY DONE ON HIS PART TO FLEECE THE SHAREHOLDERS LOOKING LIKE A RALLY. VERY NICE DONE STEVE KURLANDER.

I BELIEVE KURLANDER BEING SO SNEAKY ABOUT THIS IS WHATS SCARING EVERYONE. IT SHOWS HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS. JMHO
