If Bonadio was involved with a company that he had to resign from because it didnt file with the SEC and the same problem is now arising with SARS then it is relevant. We have been continually told that the financials would be ready soon but that seems to be pie in the sky and we were also told that revenues for 2009 would be $35M. On the orders that SARS has released there is no way this figure will be achieved even for 2010.
