That is a joke. It is RCCH that needs the guidance. How many years has RCC been failing to succeed? And they are claiming that they can help others to succeed. They can get away with it because they convince enough that the potential that perpetually moves to the right is about to be realized. Not hard to do that. Only takes a fluffy PR and plenty of old data that is no longer relevant to keep the dream going.

Time for them to show they can make some profits instead of selling dreams that never come true.
