After a detailed reading the present offering of old trees.
It looks to me if such amount of trees offered with the ages stated, does not add up.

This is shaping up more and more in the wrong direction.

If these are trees resold by others and post thinning is the case like 9 year old Suradan, I have older than that Suradan at least that is what the certificate I have never received a thinning report for the Suradan now 13 years old.

The offering also includes:
Teak with post thinning for 10 year olds.
Assumes that a 7 year was done and a 10 year was done.
That is not my experience and others.

Nargusta offering also assumes a 7 year and a 10 year thinings.
Well, I also have those trees and I never received any thinning report much less communication that it existed or a penny.

It is also clear that in other offerings there is a problem to justify the investment i.e. offering of Cocobolo 15 year old. Never thinned.

Sorry to say, but this look more are more like the same situation of the Bayou Group fund of Samuel Israel and Daniel Marino. It has so many similarities is not funny.
