I don't remember the name but you're right about that. My sister did not lead a life that would lead to growing older in a healthy way. I try very hard to exercise and otherwise live is healthy lifestyle. I always have some lbs to loose though! I am really really going to work on that. My first husband died when he was 53 of cardiomyopathy. I was 43 and our children 16, 20, 21. it was very hardHe didn't take care of himself either and he was a Dr. and knew better. I don't know how genetic it is but I will read up on it.
