Reverse mergers have historically been one of the most lucrative PennyStock plays in recent times. There have been runs in upwards of 40,000%, as well as those with meager 3000% returns. (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=46100014&txt2find=run) Obviously most people in with a few hundred bucks at the bottom of those runs could be sitting on huge gains. The key to making money on these is being in before the news hit, or being lucky enough that a shell you've been holding for years finally pans out!

Well what if I told you a stock is in the process of a reverse merger, the new owner of the shell has stated an update will be out shortly, AND ALL DD SO FAR has pointed to the private company coming in. A company growing 1000% Year over year and doing millions of dollars in revenue!

And what if I also told you, that this stock is barely up since the possible reverse mergers discovery, as most people don't believe the DD, or have flipped out for a quick profit.

Now I would think that leaves a huge buying opportunity. And what makes this one so SPECIAL is the share structure: 225 million shares authorized, 82 million outstanding, and a possible 5-10 million float. That is the type of share structure that screams 5000-10000% move on low volume if actual news hits.

There has been some hard work from some posters so i want to make sure i give them some credit here: Supermario910, Levelnever, the boosh, and Stock_MOMO.

Let me start with the documents showing the address change from Sunbiz filed on 1/14/2010. This shows the new Principal Business Address as the same one as Transformation Enzyme Corp.






Now also you will see that Ken Looney has taken over as President and Chairman. He is also a chairman at Transformation Enzyme Corp.

Ken Looney joined the company in late 1994 after meeting Dr. Fuller-Looney and working with her at several educational workshops and seminars. She had relocated the company from Colorado to the Scottsdale suburb of Phoenix and, although it was doing well, its growth potential seemed limited. The time was ripe for taking Transformation to the next level. In 1995 Ken and DicQie moved the company to Houston, where they assembled a staff of professionals and began to train and develop a small group of distributors.

As you can see, it is pretty easy assume Transormation Enzyme Corp. is the private company that will be coming into STMC.

Now with any Merger or Acquisition, time can be a factor. Well normally i would say it may take a few months before we would get any announcement or PR, but after seeing responses from Ken Looney in regards to updates in which Ken said “Stay Alert... announcements soon” ~~~!!!!!!!!! i would say we could have an update very very soon.

Now that we know the company coming in, here is some quick details.

As per the companies website, Transformation Enzymes Corp has grown into a multi-million dollar company.




It sells products all over including Amazon and the companies founder, Mrs Looney has appeared on ABC,?PBS, and several national radio talk shows.

Now I said up above that this has one tight share structure. I am still awaiting a response from the TA, so last SS update shows 82 million O/S with 3.5 million float. I figure the float is between 7-10 million. The A/S is 225 million. VERY small numbers. Any type of buying pressure will send this up Very Quick.

Last but not least is the chart. The 50 and 200DMA provides some insight into the possible quick upturn we could see here as the 200DMA is a 6x bagger from our close on monday. Huge upside potential folks.
