Can someone please explain to me how this day has led to talks of dilution. I understand the contract breach, (not bad news in my opinion), but how does the translate into dilution?
All early stage bio stocks struggle to keep enough cash to run the business, they sell stock, and they look for business partners. If they are fortunate enough to bring a product to market, it is euphoria, if not, it's back to penny land. This is an inherent risk in all stocks of this nature. If you invest here, you should understand these risks. If you think the product line or business plan has changed, sell out, there are many in line for your stock, if not....well enjoy the ride, no one ever said it was going to be smooth!!!
Now, I'm off my soap box so once again, is there real news on a dilution of the stock? If so, could someone please provide a link! Thanks to all!
