Yes I know all about L2's and when I continuously see the same MM selling shares for weeks while the company pays third party stock pumpers to alert the stock, I say dilution. Why else do companies like PWRM have third party pumpers try to create attention and bring volume to the stock?................. to sell stock. Think about it man. .10 needed to hold and there was no support there at all. Next battleground should be .07 (200 MA) then .05. If .05 does not hold well, than I am going to be one upset man. I love PWRM I see great potential here. However the company generates no revenue and has products currently in clinical trials. Companies keep the lights on in situations like this by selling stock. We need some solid developments to be released, actual data. No more nonsense about presenting at a conference 2/10/2010, we need results and the investment community has proved this with the share price action.
