Considering that to be the case, if a company had billions, nobody should invest in it. So if a company, not saying this is one, but if it did have billions of shares available, it would be better not to show it to everyone and hide it because nobody in their right mind would invest in a company that has over say 5 billion shares. The chance of it going up would be very little. Did I understand that correctly?
