There's another angle of product distribution that hasn't really been discussed and that is almost a cottage industry of independent companies and smaller single person DBA's that buy up clearance and discontinued products and resell them on small scale discount stores, dollar stores, mom and pop gas stations AND ebay and amazon and any other alphabet soup eretailer out there. Also a thriving industry which has weekend 'flea market' type events. A spongetech product can appear anywhere for the next 15 years and not be connected to spng since the first shipment from china.

"as seen on tv" I think is a company onto itself that is basically a shopping channel type thing/retailer that traffics low quality, low cost products... maybe the mark up is great for them. "ASOTV" has agreements with retailers like any other vendor...

spng may have dumped pallet loads on some similar company that resells to any place they can...
