sales aren't sales when they aren't audited, and the SEC has them in their sites.....

PS: how exactly do you think the super-voters will reward you, the common shareholder, with these supposedly great sales????....by filing maybe?????.....reverse split, raising the A/S again???? (but yeah, not the O/S, rightttttt....since we have no filing to show what it is)......

bottom line is this is run more like a private Co that is pretending to be public at this point, and the SEC called them on it.......
