XMSR/SIRI- From a past conference call it was explained that only paid subscriptions could be counted. It doesn't matter who pays for it, it just has to be paid by someone other than them. However, the strategy has been for the satellite radio stations to pay for the equipment that is put in the new cars and the car companies pay for the service. The number I heard earlier was that about 70% those getting the service free with the car resubscribed.
