EESO is suing Wowgreen. Bill White has not been let off the hook from what I believe will still be class action efforts coming in the future on his involvement with EESO-he was also mentioned in the Wowgreen suit as passing along formula info, etc which Wowgreen obtained without permission. So, both parties involved in this stock have legal issues that need to be resolved. Not a basher just pissed off EESO burnt shareholder from these parties.
