I think that one of the major dangers with SIRI is the market, if we get a recession and financial markets turn down, access to capital markets (and SIRI will need a lot of additional capital before they turn positive cash flow) might be blocked with potential survival threats to the company. They are burning cash at a $500 MM per year rate, this time next year they have to go back to the market, if the stock goes to $10, they should issue another 100 MM share, IMTO to assure they survive the next bear market.
