He provided me with a FAX number and I basicalyl showed the ASK at 9:36 which was .0511(5000) on pinksheets and the ask at 9:37 which was 1.01(500) and my trade at 9:30:09

I also showed that otcbb.com showed no activity and had L2 displays showing NITE was the only MM to move on the day and they did so at 9:37AM

Basically I made my case and faxed the info to ATTN: Compliance Regulation Department

I figured from what I had been told that I would hear something by 4PM EDT today.

Went to go get the car filled up with propane and came back and saw a 5K fill

So the moral of the story is stick to your guns, collect your evidence, and send it in to the complaince department.

My previous two contacts both were giving me the run around.
