Just got a call from a friend of mine that is a high up distributor for WOW. He said that he has not been paid for two months. He said that WOW is about to file bankruptcy unless this merger happens. I think he was telling me that they will sell shares just after the merger. He was at work and said that he would callback in a couple of hours so we could talk. This does not make me feel good about this stock. How do you find out if they have filed for a bankruptcy?
