If they were diluting I would say it's another stinkie pinkie. But I've seen no evidence of that. I would say they are investors who have spent a lot of money on this company and they are working hard to find funding to recoop what they have invested and a lot more. I do think they are either liars or incompetent for saying over and over they will soon release the filings and for keeping investors in the dark. Who knows if they will be successful. Obviously nobody that posts on here. We've heard news is close so many times it's sickening. A lot of people have lost money, me included, for listening to them. GLTU
