This statement shows me that you're not listening to what I'm saying, and you're still obsessed over something that (true or false) does not change our motivation to address our energy needs.
Look at your chart. Energy is still a medium priority (and it was a high priority just last year). And by the way, the economy and jobs are the top priority, and a leadership position in new technologies - including energy efficient technologies - can lead to more jobs, and a better economy.
