The next step to be considered fully reporting on Pink Sheets, is to get a letter of disclosure from a lawyer, stating that he/she has reviewed the company's history and financials and deems it in good standing. To become a fully reporting company, audited financials must be filed thereafter.

Hello, Good Afternoon.
My Name is Robert xxxxxxx, I own just over 300,000 shares of your company stock. I have been keeping track of the recent filing's on Pink-sheets.
My Question is "How much more info is needed to become fully reporting Pink sheets"
I have read through all of your latest filing's, and the only thing i can think off to keep you from being fully reporting is Unaudited Financials. Is this what is keeping CNEX from becoming fully reporting? If it is not, then what is?
Thank You for taking the time to read this Email,
Sincerely, Robert xxxxxxx
