Rich, a Linksys router (depending on the model) will connect up to 4 computers to one DSL line. The cost of such a router is under $100, and it is necessary to buy additional ethernet cables to connect the computers to the router(price depends on length of cable and speed of connection). Once all of this is done, read the directions included with the router and then call Linksys tech support. There are network and internet settings which have to be changed from the default settings already on the computer and, strangely, in the directions these changes are not (or were not in mine) clearly stated.
