The hearing is Friday 5 Feb 2010 beginning @ 10:30..Weil stated it would take an 1 1/2 to 2 hours to argue the case at the hearing.

Thus. THJMW asked for the item on the agenda to be rescheduled.

So, My thinking.. Hearing begins at 10:30 ruling issued at noon EST. News spreads like wild fire.

Thus, by 1pm EST.. Friday 5 feb 2010

WAMU should have great Price per Share results based upon a positive ruling.

Not to confuse people.. of When the hearing time is scheduled vs. When the news might be issued and made public.
