That address is an office rental space provided by Regus.com.

If you do a search, you will find that HESG wasn't the only business using that address.

Regus.com provides office space and business addresses to small companies to make them look like big time players.

They were basically just paying for the address & Regus would forward mail to Florida or where ever else they told them to.


Lotta companies do this.
