Reject. The POR as proposed isn't shareholder friendly.

If you haven't done so already, please refer to the yahoo! board for instructions on sending an objection letter to the trustee, judge, and the SEC.

In order to get an official Equity Committee, there will need to be broad-based retail support but time is of the essence.
