I wouldn't hold any bank stocks at this point. I thought this one would fly eventually but it hasn't lawsuit after lawsuit.

I have a whole list of stocks all under a dollar just about at their 52 week low and 99% of them are Banking and/or Financial sector companies. Tough market to play right now. You are better off with computer chip or Pharmaceutical stocks right now which at least have plenty of movement.
