Matt,

On a good note, the share price has held steady despite the increase in OS. One could interpret that to mean investor confidence in LLEG remains high depsite the lack of revenue or completed projects to date. I suspect the Berlin project will change that for Laidlaw. A good portion of the local population believes strongly that Laidlaw will get permit approval from the State and will be constructing the plant 8 months from now. I'm looking forward to the EFSEC public hearing that is supposed to be held in Berlin in the next 30 days. Are you coming?
