Jan 19, The company raises authorized shares. Adds 1 billion shares, total A/S = 2 billion. Then a conference call is set up for Jan 24th. One would think a transparent company would address the increase in the c/c. Instead a consultant handles the c/c he knows "nothing" about the increase.

Ok, I'm a shareholder, just a small play.
In my experience with penny stocks, I expect 8 out of 10 to go to 0. And, hopefully, 2 go thru the roof.
I had some great scores in 1999, if I would have played my cards right then, I would be retired right now. Lately almi (.10 to 2.0+), qbid (.0001 to .02+), and hisc (.005 to .14+) come to mind. For each of those winners there were about 4 stinkers.

Now SGCP, I'm confused. Seems legit, yet why a gagged TA, why the increase?

After Jan 19th I wanted to sell, figured the increase would cut share price up to 50%. Held on, hoped they would tell why they did it. Price went from about .004 to .003 around 125 million shares have been traded since then (8 trading days). Does not seem like crazy dilution, yet some dilution.

Jan 24th:
Question: What about the increase in A/S shares to 2 Billion?

Answer: I am not an officer of the company and have no information about that. I am a consultant working on the Carbon Credits Projects and procuring equipment for the mining operations. You will have to contact Doug regarding share structure and anything regarding the internal operations of the company.

Question: Can you give us an update on the Carbon Credits Projects?

Answer: They are ongoing and being shopped. Several interested parties. We think that we have a Japanese investor ready to make a deal soon. Have 4-5 others interested (Chinese, Swiss, Australian, Ireland). Grant Galloway at Green Giant is working on the deal. Besides the CC projects, Carbon Credits can be sold also.

Question: Do you have a time line you can share with us?

Answer: No. Could be tomorrow or in a couple of months. But it looks promising.

Guess it comes down to this.
Do you believe a deal is imminent?
If so, why dilute?
Maybe they are not diluting, it's just there in case things take longer or are more expensive to execute than they hope for.
Can't tell if this is a real deal or just another scam?
Heck, even the great winners were scams.

Guess we have to wait to see.
I think the company should address the increase.
I'm here either way, win or lose.
