Well, I thought I was going to bed.

Mingy, they don't need the 10k to prove naked shorts. All they need is to ungag the TA or reduce the A/S. Either would in fact be BETTER than a 10k for showing the share counts (since folks around here don't believe the public filings).

One phone call to the TA and this goes to the moon -- BUT ONLY IF there is a massive short position.
