Why did Metter hire Robison, Hill & Co and Deloitte Touche
When Drakford's 10k was sent back because of PCAOB revocation issues Metter hired Robison, Hill & Co (forensic auditor for FBI cases) and Deloitte Touche (the best in the world)
WHY?
Think about it.
If Metter was dirty he would hire some slimeball scummy auditor who would sell his mother for a buck and would be happy to have done expidited work for a large "look the other way" fee.
I am sure New York City has some smaller audit firms that would have signed off on a 10k in a hurry for big bucks.
BUT ....
Metter hired one of the biggest and best in the country
WHY?
Read my original post again - If every legal share is accounted for--and- - If NITE UBSS and EETM still have 920,000,000 short position on the FTD roster (there are naked IOU's and not real shares)- and if insiders and Pike own every share ever issued accounted for -- and all of retail (me and you and other "bagholders" ) hold 80,000,000 or so "electronic shares"...... the 3 biggest market makers will have alot of explaining to do. If we hit .50 it's $500,000,000 -$1.00 is ONE BILLION DOLLARS - so thats what al the fuss is about. That would explain the RegSHO list - the NY Post attacks - all the things I can't mention (let's call them "dirty tricks") calls to retail stores - calls to FINRA - SEC - FBI - DOJ - it all makes sense. We were going to split up to Nasdaq....The Naked Shorts were screwed until Drakford fu*#ed up and lost their PCAOB Credentials.
All I know is I think SPNG will pull it off, get back on OTCBB ..we hit .50 and someone owes me $2,200,000 - LONG and STRONG! Sell when Pike sells!! See you at the Superbowl.
