I agree THJMW is just that honorable! she made a good justification on the 2004 discovery. It was very fair. I have gained more and more trust for THJMW today. She could have easily just ruled in favor for WMI for 2004 or against for that matter. She seems to be very meticulous and doesn't make harsh decisions without burden of proof.
A very welcoming stay IMO.
In regards to PPS, don't see it moving beyond 30% if that. MM's are still pretty influential on wamuq. I do imagine P's and k's might make a good move.
