Well, the facts are these:

1) On Dean's last conference call, Dean said he was more comfortable dealing with the interim head of the devices division than he was the previous permanent head of the devices division.

2) It was announced by the FDA Wednesday morning that that interim head of the devices division had been named as the permanent head of the devices division.

3) Since that announcement, IMGG's pps is up over 50%.

Those are facts. It is my assessment that fact #3 is a direct result of facts #1 & #2. It is further my assessment that the reason #3 is a direct result of #1 and #2 is because the market perceives that FDA approval is much more likely and likely to come sooner because of the news announced about this guy's permanant appointment to head the devices division. Finally, it is my assessment that the market perceives that because Dean is more comfortable with the guy and because the guy is more likely to make some final determinations now that he is in this role permanently.

We are all very proud of your past service as the head of an agency, but I'm pretty confident that my conclusions are the more likely reason for the increase in share price than a Facebook post about Dean going on an internet based financial media show.

Do you have any other suggestions for why we've just seen a 50% spike in pps? I welcome your thoughts.
