How I count 60 days.... It was announced on Dec. 1. Which makes Dec 2 = Day #1. So, 30 days in Dec., + an additional 30 days would make it January 30, which falls on a Saturday. The agreement might be completed before the 60th day, which would make it done on Friday Jan 29, or it might be done "as of" Day 60, which would fall on Saturday, which according to business custom is due the following day, or Feb. 1. By definition, PR of a completed transaction would be put out after the transaction is, uh, completed, which would make it either Monday, Feb 1 or Tuesday Feb. 2. The company is not obligated to put out a PR the day immediately following a transaction, and sometimes the editing processs actually takes time for a PR to be published, so I'm thinking that, conservatively, the PR would be published on Tuesday....which would make sense based on the company's track record of putting out PR's on Tuesday. whew.
