Always buy when the chart shows the bottom along with crying from the people who bought on the PRs. Then >> sell ON the weeeeing and fun loving dreaming sheep that think their on their way to riches when the next "forward looking" PR surfaces. Trading means cash flow >> BUYING, holding with trust in a penny CEO will almost always create BAG holders.
