Cliffe R. Bodden - Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bodden began his employment with the Company in January 2007 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2007. From February 2002 to January 2007, he served as a Managing Director of Lempert Capital Management, Ltd., an investment advisory firm. After serving in the U.S. Army, Mr. Bodden become involved in the financial services industry, beginning his career with Bear, Stearns & Co. in 1992. Since that time he has served in various capacities, including: financial consultant, investment manager, private banker and investment banker with internationally based financial firms and private banking organizations. Throughout his career Mr. Bodden’s focus has been on developmental and early stage companies for which he has acted in an advisory, directorial or management capacity.

Jack E. Owens – Chairman and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Owens is a certified public accountant with over 34 years of financial and management expertise. He served as President of PokerBook Gaming Corporation (predecessor to Green Street Capital Corporation) from May 2002 to March 2007. From March 2007 Mr. Owens has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Owens has significant public accounting experience with national accounting firms covering a wide range of industries. His focus is on mergers and acquisitions and has performed reviews on official statements in connection with various securities offerings. Mr. Owens holds both a CPA and a CMA certificate. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Institute of Management Accounting.

Richard E. Buffington – Director and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Buffington joined the Company in November 2008 as Vice President of Business Development and currently serves as its Chief Investment Officer. He has more than 15 years of business and executive management experience, beginning his career in the financial services industry in 1994.
From January 1996 to December 1999, Mr. Buffington served as a Vice President in the Venture Capital Division of Sepulveda and Smith, Inc. In December 1999, he co-founded Cardiovascular Sciences, Inc. in partnership with the University of Central Florida. Cardiovascular Sciences is a high tech incubator company that has achieved major breakthroughs in tissue engineering products. Mr. Buffington took the company public before leaving in 2006.
Mr. Buffington then worked for Liberator Medical raising in excess of $4 million. Liberator Medical was founded by Mark Libratore former founder of the largest direct to consumer medical supply company, Liberty Medical.
Mr. Buffington is a military veteran having served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army during Operation Desert Storm.

Philip Robertson – Executive Vice President
Mr. Robertson is formerly the President of Grant Douglas Publishing, Inc. He is an award winning journalist and graphic designer. With a degree from the University of Florida’s School of Journalism, his career in journalism and publishing spans over 30 years, and includes positions as editor and publisher for various newspapers and magazines. During his tenure at Grant Douglas Publishing, Mr. Robertson was responsible for publishing and designing the formats for Opportunist Magazine, Stockbroker Magazine, and Relations, Inc. During his career he has received a first place award for investigative journalism from the Society of Newspaper Editors, and five ADDY awards for advertising design.

Frederick B. Nelsen – Executive Vice President
40 years of successful business marketing have made Mr. Nelsen a leader in his field. He has been involved in many successful startup companies with a broad range of diversity. Mr. Nelsen was named networker of the year in 1996 because of his successful involvement in the network marketing industry and the one of the first launchings of an MLM using the online services. He went on to be a consultant to the industry. With a degree majoring in business and a minor in multimedia presentations he brings a unique perspective. His experience includes a broad range of IT knowledge, web design and implementation, photography, multimedia and management. Mr. Nelsen brings experience, integrity and talent to the company. His business mind and artistic talent as well as his ability to perform many functions within the company make him an invaluable asset.

Howard A. Speigel – Secretary and General Counsel
Mr. Speigel has served as the Company’s Secretary and General Counsel since March 2007. He began his professional career with Price, Waterhouse & Co. in June 1968 before joining the Internal Revenue Service as a Tax Law Specialist in July 1969. He was a Partner in the firm Sigman & Speigel, Attorneys-at-Law, from May 1972 until establishing his own practice in 1976. Since that time Mr. Speigel has operated a sole practitioner’s law practice in Orlando, Florida, emphasizing corporate and business law. Mr. Speigel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park (1967), and a Juris Doctor degree from the American University, Washington College of Law (1972).

Billy D. King, Jr. – Independent Director
Mr. King began his career as legal counsel with Halliburton Company. Since leaving Halliburton he has been in private practice, specializing in Oil and Gas Law and has represented numerous independent oil companies. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. King was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Monogram Energy, an independent oil company based in Richmond, Texas. Mr. King is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law.

David Holcomb Independent Director
David Holcomb presently serves as a Systems Engineer with JB Management, Inc., an international provider of US government technical services. He is currently assigned in support of the Warlock Force Protection System in Baghdad, Iraq. Prior to JB Management, Mr. Holcomb was employed as a Systems Consultant with Peak Technologies, an international systems integrator from 2001 to 2006. From 1995 to 2001, he oversaw the IT operations of Fusion Capital, a clearinghouse for credit card transactions. Mr. Holcomb served in the U.S. Air Force with the Strategic Air Command as a B-52 Stratofortress Crew Chief.
