I could be wrong, but I do not believe this is a sale. It sounds to me that they're shipping a LARGE volume to continue the testing:

I think they are shipping a larger supply so they can get it out and show how it works out in the field, on an actual oil well...or possibly to get a substantial amount out to a bunch of different contractors for their own individual testing. Let me know if I'm reading it wrong, but I don't believe this is a sale at all. Just costing FDMF more $$$ to give samples out for free; hopefully they can recoup the losses with some sales eventually.
