the CEO buying is allways a good thing. And there isn't anything illegal to it. This is just good news, i wonder why some people here are trying to turn it arround like it's a bad thing. THE CEO BOUGHT 150000 COMMON STOCK AT 0.025 DOLLAR A SHARE... NICE
