We think that the chances of an infringement finding in RMBS' favor on the pending summary judgment motions has increased significantly due to the Markman ruling, but we don't know if the decision is imminent. This will not resolve invalidity issues (unless the court finds some of RMBS' claims invalid...). The trial is not for several months.
